Ssuan Thomas member of  Charlottesville Rotary Club will present on her work with the residetial program for vulnerable girls in Honduras. 

Susan spent over 2 decades in the IBM Global Business Services group where she worked with many of the Fortune 500 companies as they transformed their businesses. She led teams that supported the people side of these transformations with a focus on enabling employees to work in the new environments and working with leaders to envision the future state and work together to achieve it.  During her years at IBM, she has worked in more than 20 countries.  As part of IBM's 'Doing Well by Doing Good', she has developed and delivered workshops to nonprofit organizations around Design Thinking, Leading Innovation, Authentic Leadership, Leading Change, and Managing Projects.  
Prior to IBM she was a tenured professor at Florida State University and worked at the Educational Testing Service - the source of the SATs, GREs and other 'beloved' assessments!
